TRUSSES, CROSS TRUSSES AND SPLICES
DECKING
Aluminum trusses splice together and cross trusses lock into position.

The aluminum system advances across the boiler as a unit.		 All aluminum decks with customer-specified decking surface.

Decks have self locking mechanism which locks on the trusses.

Decks are designed to fit the boiler and conform to corners and other irregularities.


LAUNCHERS
RECEIVERS
Ratchet mechanism drives the rollers to advance the trusses in a fully controlled manner.

Guide rollers insure the trusses advance straight across the boiler.

Maintenance free design with sealed bearings and internal chain drive.		 Trusses are received into the receiver cups.
The ratchet system on the receiver mechanically levels the trusses.
