The WINSAFE POLEJACK is the first true advancement in pumpjacks. Operating much like today's mast climbing platforms. The POLEJACK climbs with interlocked engagement pins. An independent safety brake system is provided to engage and lock the jack to the pole in the event of a failure in the primary operating mechanism.

ALUMINUM POLES
The heart of the Polejack system is the all aluminum custom extruded heavy duty 3 ½" x 3 ½" pole with flange and climbing holes.
Poles have been tested to 32 ft. at a 3 to 1 safety factor on full rated load.
Extension poles add 8' of height to 16 ft. or 24 ft. poles.

POLE BRACE

The brace pins to the pole eliminating the risk that it could be pushed off the top of the pole by the jack.

WORK BENCH BRACKET

The Work Bench Bracket pins to the POLEJACK making a support for a ladder. The ladder becomes the back rail and a work bench.

BACK RAIL TARP

The Back Rail Tarp attaches to the work bench and the platform, it provides fall protection to the workers on the platform and prevents material from falling on workers below.

Colour is dark green and the tarp is perforated to reduce wind resistance.

Rigid box section ladder for unequaled strength and durability.

PLATFORMS


The Twin Rail Platform is a light weight work deck made from aluminum with four extra stiff 2" square rails and 1 ¼" round rungs spaced every 12 inches.
Serrated rungs swaged vertically and horizontally through four walls of the lower rails provide rigidity and strength.
Plywood floor kits are available. Removable pieces of plywood can be used to reduce the carrying weight.
Rated for a live load of 600 pounds with a 4 to 1 safety factor.

PLATFORM END RAIL

The End Rail drops into the vertical rungs on the platform and is easily removed for access to the platform.

PORTABLE GUARDRAIL ASSEMBLY

An alternative to the back rail/ladder is the interlocking 8 foot sections of top guardrail and mid rail that drop into the vertical rungs of the platform.
The backrail sections are easily removed for transporting the platform.
Guardrail supports and rails are made of aluminum.
